Our Next Meeting:

Loss changes things. It can change how we see ourselves, our relationships, our bodies, our faith, our sense of time, and the way we move through the world. Some changes are easy to name, and others take time to understand.

Join us online on Wednesday, July 1st at 6 p.m. Eastern Time for our July support meeting on the theme, The Impact of Loss: Naming What Changed.

Together, we’ll create space to reflect on what has shifted since our loss and what parts of ourselves we’re learning to care for with more compassion.

This meeting will be held virtually, so you’re welcome to join from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Please note: This meeting is part of our summer series and will be held online and not in person.

What Makes Our Meetings Different

This isn't a traditional support group. During registration, you can submit topics you'd like to discuss, and we use those to guide our conversations. Each month, we also explore a different hands-on activity to honor the memories we didn't get to create with our little cherubs, whether that's crafting holiday ornaments, decorating cookies, or making valentines.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often do the meetings take place?
We meet one Saturday each month, usually on the first Saturday. Join our mailing list below to stay updated on upcoming dates and details.

Who are these meetings for?
Parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, TFMR, and other forms of perinatal loss.

Do I have to share my story?

Not if you don’t want to. This is a space to share or listen. Do what works for you.

Can I bring a friend, family member, or partner?

Feel free to bring a support person. Just keep in mind that this is an adults-only space and registration is required.

Can I come even if my loss happened years ago?

Of course! You deserve to heal.

I'm pregnant again after a loss—can I still attend?

Absolutely. When possible, we’ll have breakout sessions for folks who are pregnant after a loss. Being around others who share a similar experience can be very helpful.

What's the atmosphere like?

Sharing our experiences after loss can naturally feel heavy. But we’ll do our best to make sure you feel empowered and leave feeling lighter than when you came.
