Miscarriage can be a heartbreaking experience. Sadly, this type of loss is often minimized due to societal taboos and stigma, adding insult to injury for those affected. Fortunately, Remembering Cherubs hosts four signature events aimed at connecting parents of loss and creating a strong sense of community in which they can find solace. These events offer a safe space that fosters belonging, trust and openness. Whether you've struggled through the pain alone or are fortifying your existing support system, it's worth engaging with this community of support.

The Vision Board Experience

The Vision Board Experience is an event centered on goal setting with a wellness focus led, by subject matter experts in five major forms of health (mental, emotional, spiritual, social & physical)

The Self-Care Experience

The Self-Care Experience is an event centered on fun and unique forms of self-care, such as creating artwork, planting gardens, and yoga. Each year we engage in a different activity with an exciting theme.

Talk It Out, Walk It Out: Remembering Cherubs River Walk (coming 2024!)

The Talk it Out Walk it Out Remembering Cherubs Riverwalk is a walk along the Detroit River to raise awareness and break the stigma of keeping miscarriage, infertility, and Black Maternal health quiet.

Wave of Light & Community Game Night

The Wave of Light is an event held each year in honor of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Remembering Cherubs partners with local health organizations to host parents of loss from around Southeast Michigan to unite for a candle lighting ceremony to remember babies gone too soon due to pregnancy or infant loss.
