Remembering Cherubs hosts four signature events each year in collaboration with community organizations to create an inclusive community of support and foster a sense of belonging, trust, and safety among parents of loss.
The Vision Board Experience
The Vision Board Experience is an event centered on goal setting with a wellness focus led by subject matter experts in five major forms of health (mental, emotional, spiritual, social & physical)
The Self-Care Experience
The Self-Care Experience is an event centered on fun and unique forms of self-care, such as creating artwork, planting gardens, and yoga. Each year we engage in a different activity with an exciting theme.
Talk It Out, Walk It Out
Talk it Out, Walk it Out is a walking demonstration event to shatter the silence and break the stigma around Black women's health issues.
Wave of Light & Community Game Night
The Wave of Light is held in honor of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Remembering Cherubs partners with local organizations to host parents of loss from around Southeast Michigan to unite for a candle-lighting ceremony to remember babies gone too soon due to pregnancy or infant loss.
